CA. Premkumar R
Mr.R Premkumar s a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1988 and in practice since 2016. Before he came to practice he has served in Tamilnadu State Corporation (Coimbatore) Limited (A State Government of Tamilnadu Undertaking) from 1984 and served in various position as Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager in the Accounts and Audit Department. He was trasferred on deputation to Metropolitan Transport Corporation, Chennai and he was posted as Chief Audit Officer and later promoted to CFO. He retired from there in 2016. He has served as a Consultant in a leading CA Firm in Coimbatore from Feb-2017 to Nov-2019.
He is an active member of Coimbatore Branch of SIRC and served as Secretary, Vicer Chairman and Chairman of the Branch during the period 1992 to 1998.
He has also competed Diploma In Information System Audit (DISA), Certificate Course on Goods and Service Tax and Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

CA. Karthik Narayanan S

Mr. Karthik Narayanan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2010 and in practice since August 2013.Before he came to practice, he was working in a Audit Firm having expertise in the field of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Statutory & Internal Audit. He has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes, indirect taxes, Internal & Statutory audit, Management consultancy and handling corporate affairs in different areas.

CA. Sunil E

Mr. Sunil E is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2006 and in practice since January 2014. Before he came to practice, he has worked in various Industries like Infrastructure Development Companies, Industrial Catering Companies, Educational Institutions, Hospitals & Health Care etc and held various positions. He also has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes, indirect taxes, Internal audit, Information Technology, Management consultancy and handling corporate affairs in different areas. He had also completed Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA 3.0), Certificate Course on Goods and Service Tax, Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks, Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection and Certificate Course on Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a NISM qualified Social Auditor/Social Impact Assessor and also a member of The Institute of Social Auditors of India.
